different healing modalities, Sandy Lynn unapologetically shares her stories
with the reader, letting them know that they are not alone.

Sandy Lynn, BA, BEd, MEd is an author, college professor, former educational
administrator and mother who knows first-hand about the long-term effects of
childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and an overall lack of self love. Since
discovering the many benefits of Breathwork and Reiki, she studied to become a
practitioner of both. She now focuses on combining her healing expertise and
life experiences in order to assist others fall in love themselves.
