Thank you so much Sandy for the amazing day it was a very awesome experience, it’s everything you said it would be. It felt so good to release a whole lot of stress that has been building up inside me. It’s been several hours and I still feel very relaxed. You have the true gift for healing . I assure you that you be very successful with your new business once the word gets around. I have already and will continue to advertise your amazing gift to everyone I know.

My first Breathwork session was somewhat shocking to me as I really didn’t think I had much to release from my body and mind. But I soon learned I did have some healing that really needed be done to make me feel even better than before. Sandy goes through the process before beginning the session, eases any anxiety you may have about trying this, plus willing to answer any questions you may have prior to the session. I found that breathing along with Sandy really made it more rhythmic, along with easing all stressors from mind and body. Meditation helping you even more along the way, with the perfect music selection was key to a wonderful experience. At one point of the session my eyes welled up with tears. It was so powerful. Expelling all the bad from the body and mind felt awesome! I felt so much better, invigorated but yet more at peace and relaxed one could say. And my lower back ache diminished to almost non existence.

It is so hard to explain in words. I’m sure everyone will have a similar, but yet different experience going through a session. If you haven’t tried this form of healing I would suggest you do.
